Peach Cobbler


    • 6 Cups Frozen or Fresh Peaches
    • 2/3 Cup Sugar
    • 1/3 Cup Flour
    • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 Tbs Butter
    • 1 Package Prepared Pie Crust


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Partially thaw the peaches. Combine peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour mixture into baking dish and dot with butter. Cut prepared pie crust into strips and lattice on top of peaches. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is browned and filling is bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
