Scotch Shortbread


    • 1 Cup Butter
    • 1/2 Cup Sugar
    • 2-1/2 Cups Sifted Flour


Cream butter and add sugar. Add flour and mix well with hands. Divide dough into two layer cake pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into small wedges. Return to oven until lightly browned.
