Craig's Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz. Package Cream Cheese
- 1 Can (8.5 oz.) Crushed Pineapple - Drained
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Chopped Green Onions
- 1 Tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Preparation
Combine all of the above ingredients. Form into a ball. Wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm. Before serving, roll in chopped pecans and serve with Pepperidge Farm Butterfly Crackers.
