Mike's Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Salmon Per Person
- Place in a Well Oiled, 13 x 9" Pyrex Dish, Skin Side Down
- Sprinkle With Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Dill, Tarragon, etc.
- Sprinkle Lightly With Soy Sauce
- Spread a Thin Layer of Brown Sugar Over the Entire Piece of Salmon
- Flip Over So That The Skin Side is Up
- Bake at 350° for 20 Minutes
- Remove Skin - Flip Over
- Bake for 10 Minutes
Great with bow-tie pasta with pesto and a big salad!
