Old-Fashioned Dumplings


    • 1 Cup Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
    • 1 Egg


Mix together on a heavily floured board. Knead until smooth. Roll to thickness of 1/8 to 1/4" thickness. Slice into dumpling size. Drop in broth which is at a rolling boil. Cook for 10 minutes with no cover. Reduce heat and cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook for an additional 25 minutes.
