Angela Gordon's Cranberry Salad
Salad
- Red Leaf Lettuce or Mesculen Mix
- Sprinkle with Dried Cranberies (Craisins)
- Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
- Walnut Pieces or Halves Sautéed in Butter Until Toasted, Sprinkled on Top
Dressing
- 1 Part Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Parts Olive Oil
- Salt to Taste
- Granulated or Fresh Garlic
Notes
I used 1 head red lettuce, approx. 2 cups of the baby greens, 3/4 c. of Craisins, 1 c. walnuts. I made the dressing with 1/4 c. balsamic to 3/4 c. olive oil. I minced one large clove of garlic. This was plenty of dressing for the greens that I prepared.
