Hot Donna (Roasted Vidalia Onion)
Ingredients
Vidalia onions
1-2 Tbs Butter (per onion)
Beef Bouillon (cubes or organic alternative)
Paprika
Salt (if desired)
Preparation
Set the grill for indirect cooking between 350°F - 400°F
Peel & core (hollow out a place for bouillon and butter)
Season each onion with additional salt if desired and paprika
Double wrap each onion individually in foil.
Place on the grill and cook until tender
