Hot Donna (Roasted Vidalia Onion)


    • Vidalia onions

    • 1-2 Tbs Butter (per onion)

    • Beef Bouillon (cubes or organic alternative)

    • Paprika

    • Salt (if desired)


  • Set the grill for indirect cooking between 350°F - 400°F

  • Peel & core (hollow out a place for bouillon and butter)

  • Season each onion with additional salt if desired and paprika

  • Double wrap each onion individually in foil.

  • Place on the grill and cook until tender
