- 4-1/2 Cups Sugar
- 18 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tbs Vanilla
- 2 Sticks Butter
- Dash Salt
- 1 16-oz Bag Marshmallows
- 2 Cups Pecans (Optional)
- Melt butter, add milk, then sugar and bring to a boil. Keep at full boil for 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Take away from heat and add marshmallows and chips. Mix together, add 1 Tablespoon vanilla, salt and pecans.
- Pour into buttered pan (or use Pam). Place on counter.
