Pork Tenderloin on the BGE


    • Set Green Egg, Kamado cooker or grill for direct cooking at 400°F.
    • Grill pork, turning as needed, (about 9 minutes per side) until lightly charred and meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 135°F.
    • Allow pork to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
    • Try serving with grilled peaches or apples!
