Pork Tenderloin on the BGE
- Set Green Egg, Kamado cooker or grill for direct cooking at 400°F.
- Grill pork, turning as needed, (about 9 minutes per side) until lightly charred and meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 135°F.
- Allow pork to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Try serving with grilled peaches or apples!
