Ingredients
1 pre-cooked, spiral-cut ham roast
Plain yellow mustard (PYM) for a binder
BBQ rub with sugar
Glaze
¾ cup maple syrup or honey
¾ cup brown sugar - tightly packed
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp allspice or nutmeg
Preparation
Set up your grill for an indirect cook. Add a few chunks of smoking wood. Bring the grill up to 270 degrees. Include a drip pan underneath.
Slather the ham with your PYM binder, then put on a nice coat of your BBQ rub
Place the ham on the grill. Once the internal temp of the ham hits ~110 degrees F, prepare your glaze on the stove. Combine the ingredients over a low-medium hit.
Bump the grill temperature up to 425 degrees for the glazing
Cover the ham with the glaze every 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 145 degrees.
